Situated outside the walls of the beautiful hamlet of Montone. A group of 3 beautifully restored properties with views of Montone and the valley.

Casa Delle Grazie  is surround by 4 acres of land where you will find olive trees and fruit bushes. There are sitting areas where you can relax and take in the views or there are hillwalking paths that start outside the gate of the property. The property is very private but still only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful hamlet of Montone where there are many restaurants and shops. 

There is accommodation for 12 people in total between the 3 independent cottages (2,4,6) all with their own private area outside. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with sitting and dining area. All bedrooms have their own bathroom.

There is a beautiful swimming pool 5x15m with sun chairs and umbrellas. There is a very nice bbq available to use, in addition to the lovely gardens that guests are welcome to enjoy.

The property is owned by an Irish / Italian family living on the property. They have their own children and therefore have made it a very child friendly environment, with a fenced swimming pool, playgrounds, child equipment available to use and local babysitting provided.

 

 

Accommodation

All the cottages have geothermal underfloor heating. Each cottage is equipped with its own hairdryer, iron with ironing board, stereo with CD and radio and wifi internet access. Each has its own private sitting area outside with outdoor furniture and umbrellas. The following additional items are available for use, inclusive in the rental price: use of portable TV and video, microwave, child travel cot, child highchair, baby bath,. There is a communal area where you can find plenty of books and local produce on sale. A separate laundry room is available for guests to use with washing machine.

 

La Stalla - Sleeps 4/6

La Stalla is the largest cottage, all on one level, there is a fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dining area with a double sofa bed (orthopaedic).
There are 2 double bedrooms (with either double or twin beds) both have independent bathrooms with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, oven with grill, extractor fan, large fridge freezer and kettle.
The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions such as tea, coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil etc and breakfast is provided for the first day.
The cottage also has its own outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoys the views.

La Torretta - sleeps 2/4

Suitable for one or two couples or families.
The lower level of the Torretta has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, oven with grill, extractor fan, large fridge freezer and kettle.
The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions such as tea, coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil etc and breakfast is provided for the first day. There is also a double sofa bed (orthopaedic) in the living room.
A door leads to a storage area for luggage etc.
There are stairs that leads to a large double bedroom (with either double or twin beds) with separate bathroom with shower.
The Torretta has a balcony with stunning views of Montone and from the window you can see down into the green valley.


La Rimessa - sleeps 2 

This is a studio apartment with one double bed.
There is an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has a compact fully equipped kitchen with living area. There is a 2 ring gas hob, compact oven with grill, extractor fan and small fridge. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions such as tea, coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil etc and breakfast is provided for the first day.
La Rimessa has its own private sitting area outside with stunning romantic views of the hamlet.
