La Marinella, Tuscany (sleeps 4)
A chance to experience life in a small medieval Tuscan village with incredibly beautiful views over the valley towards Lucca and Pisa. The village of Vellano is 500 metres high and basks in sunshine all day - pure air and cool evenings. After a day of hectic sightseeing it is a joy to return to the calm atmosphere of this small village.
La Marinella is a spacious apartment in an old villa, just recently renovated. The whole property is south facing and nestles in an olive grove on the edge of the village with stunning views in all directions.
The apartment has two large bedrooms,one double and one with twin beds. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with open fire, fridge, electric oven, gas hobs and dining area for 4. There is an additional comfortable sitting room, a large bathroom with shower and 2 additional WCs.
The apartment has its own private entrance and a terrace for external dining. There is a garden to enjoy and there is a barbeque and laundry facilities for the guests exclusive use.
Private parking is available at the house.

The local village of Vellano which is only 3 minutes away on foot, has everything you could want from a Tuscan village. There is a restaurant, a bakery / grocers with daily fresh bread, a pizzeria, post office plus the local social club "Il Circolo" which holds dances throughout the summer.
The local town of Pescia is only 15 minutes drive.
